Submitting an online cancellation* is the most efficient way to ensure your account records are updated promptly.

First, click LOGIN/SIGN UP to the top right of the Icon home page. Once logged in:

  • Go to MY MONTHLY PARKING, click VIEW ACCOUNT and select Cancellation Notice.
  • Select the termination date (the final day you will be parking at the garage), the tenant number you would like to cancel, and check at least ONE box under Reason for Cancelling.

Since we require advance notice of cancellation, you cannot back date your request. If you have already stopped parking, you should still submit the cancellation and include any additional information, such as the final day parked, in the COMMENTS section.

Your account will not be deactivated until after the cancellation date has passed. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for processing.

*Note: If you signed up for a subscription and you terminate prior to the end of the term, you will be subject to a termination fee of 50% of your remaining subscription term balance, up to $1,000, per the Terms and Conditions you agreed to upon enrollment.
