To make navigating around Manhattan a little easier this time of year we are sharing some traffic tips on street closures and related festivals and events, courtesy of our friends at the NYC Department of Transportation. Here’s to a great holiday season and (hopefully) a little easier ride around town!\

 

Street Closures

West 15th Street between 10th Avenue and 9th Avenue

This street will be closed Saturday from 7 am to 11 pm.

East 83rd Street between East 2nd Avenue and York Avenue

This street will be closed from 8 am to 8 pm Saturday and Sunday.

South Street (Northbound) between FDR Drive Exit 1 and Old Slip

This street will be closed from 12:01 am to 8 am Saturday and Sunday to facilitate cleaning and painting of the South Street viaduct of the FDR Drive.

 

Festivals, Parades and Events

Stone Street Pedestrian Mall

The following streets will be closed through November 30th, 2017 from 11 am to 10 pm for the Stone Street Pedestrian Mall event.

  • Stone Street between Hanover Square and Broad Street
  • Mill Lane between Stone Street and South William Street (Pedestrian Street)
