What is Icon’s cancellation policy?

All prepaid reservations can be canceled for a full refund at any time prior to the arrival time indicated on the reservation.

How Does It Work?

To cancel your reservation, simply click on the CANCEL RESERVATION button located at the top of your email confirmation. In addition, if you made the reservation while logged into your account on the website or through the IconGO app, it can be canceled there as well.

Note that no refunds will be issued for unused reservations not canceled prior to the arrival time.
