How do I make an online payment?
You can make a payment through your online account on the website, iconparking.com.
How Does It Work?If you have not previously created an online account, please select the SIGN UP option and enter your name, email address and create a password to initiate your account set up. Then, under My Monthly Parking, click Add Monthly Account.
You will need:
- Your 7- or 8-digit account number*
- Your billing zip code from your monthly invoice.
*Note: When entering your account number, you only need to enter the 7 or 8 numbers found after the hyphen. (i.e., Account # XXXX – 123 456 78). No need to enter your spot or space number in front of the hyphen.
Once you’ve created your account, or If you already have an online account, go to MY MONTHLY PARKING and click View Account.
- Next, go to Make Payment. To add a method of payment, click Use A New Payment Method.
- Click ADD CREDIT CARD or BANK ACCOUNT and add your method of payment.
- Select the amount that you would like to pay, and click SUBMIT PAYMENT.
A payment confirmation will be emailed to you, and you can also confirm the pending transaction in the PAYMENT HISTORY section of your online account. Payments will post to your account within 1 to 2 business days.
